Shein return policy states that items purchased from the store or website can be returned within 45 days. Starting from the date it was purchased or delivered. Items returned after 45 days will not be accepted.
Orders from Shein usually come with a shipping label, but the label only works when you are shipping within the US. If you are in the US your first return shipping is free for any item you purchase.
While sending back the item, you must use the shipping label that came with the order, fill in the required details, postmark the package and send. $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for any future returns.
You can use any shipping method you like to ship back the item to Shein. You will be the person to pay the shipping fees. Customers can return the complete order or some of the selected ones they wish to return.
Don’t return any item that is damaged, worn, washed or items without their original tags. If you return them, Shein will not ship them back to you. Items like cosmetics with broken seals, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, beauty products cannot be returned.

How do I return something to Shein?
If you wish to return your order to Shein, follow the below steps.
- Login to your Shein account.
- Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button.
- Select the item you would like to return, Give the reasons and then submit.
- Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
- Select the mailing method: self-sending or pick-up service( choose the pick-up address)
- Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
The logistics company will contact you as soon as possible, please wait for the courier to pick up the package.
They will confirm the items when they receive it. They will update the status of the return and refund within 7 working days.
It usually takes three to five working days for your refund to be processed. The refund will be issued to your Shein wallet or to the payment method used in your account. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was first placed.
