How to Return Items Purchased Online
If you wish to refund an item you purchased online from Forever21.in, kindly follow steps below.
- Log into your account.
- Go to My orders
- Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return.
- Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited.
- Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
- You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
You may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
Customers can return either complete order or some items from the same order. Before returning the items make sure to pack the products properly, write/pate the return Id and address of the Forever21.
